RELAUNCH OF THE ARGENTINE PLATFORM FOR CHILDREN
The new view of the Plataforma PI.AR home page.
In the month of May, we have relaunched the virtual space of reflection, discussion, training, exchange of successful experiences, and elaboration of proposals, which represents a contribution to the construction of approaches and policies inclusive for the children. The website has been redesigned and updated to make it more attractive and simple so users are able to access the content in an easier way.
PLATAFORMA PRIMERA INFANCIA ARGENTINA (Early Childhood Platform Argentina) seeks to institutionalize a network of civil society organizations, public bodies, companies, and professionals engaged in the dissemination, defense, and promotion of each and every right of children, with the firm conviction of enforcing those rights.
Among the most important objectives of the PLATAFORMA PRIMERA INFANCIA ARGENTINA we aim to:
- Raise awareness of society in the knowledge, respect, and defense of the Convention of the Rights of Children and Adolescents.
- Promote, encourage, and facilitate dialogue, collaboration, and participation among public institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector, linked to children and the implementation of their rights.
- Promote general public and sectoral policies that promote the effective fulfillment of the rights of children and adolescents, especially those children in situations of individual or social vulnerability.
- Denounce situations of the violation of the rights of children by public institutions, the private sector, or individuals.
