GES, Educational and Social Management is a Civil Organization (NGO), established on March 4, 2011. Professionals in social communication, education, health, culture and other humanistic disciplines, with experience and a track record in the comprehensive approach to social and educational problems, decided to create a space for collective participation and critical thinking from where to develop and implement actions aimed at strengthening civil society and influencing public policies.
We believe in a society where universal values prevail and are strengthened, supported by the full exercise of political, civil, social, economic, cultural, and human rights through dialogue and solidarity.
Promote the implementation of educational and social management tools with the aim of ensuring the full exercise of citizenship; within the framework of participatory inclusion spaces, open to the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and good educational, cultural, and social practices.
Develop and implement socio-educational actions to strengthen civil society organizations, grassroots organizations, public and private schools, groups experiencing vulnerability and social exclusion, and the community at large.
Strengthen, promote, and develop cooperative ties at the local, national, regional, and international levels that promote human, community, and social development and the implementation of public policies.
Work to defend all constitutionally recognized rights, especially human rights, those related to the defense and protection of children and youth, adults and senior citizens, women, the preservation, protection, defense, and improvement of the environment, the rights of indigenous peoples, the disabled, workers, and users and consumers.
Work to combat all types of discrimination, especially based on sexual, racial, religious, socioeconomic, and/or political orientation.
